How to Schedule Emails in Outlook

To set a date and time before which a message must not be sent in Outlook:
  1. Start with a new message, reply or message.
  2. In Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2016:
i.      Go to the message's Options tab.
    1. Click the expansion button in the More Options field's lower right corner.
      • ​You can also click Delay Delivery in the More Options area if you see it.
3.       In Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003:
i.      Select View | Options from the message's menu.
  1. Make sure Do not deliver before is checked under Delivery options.
  2. Select the desired delivery date and time using the drop-down lists.
  3. Click Close.
  4. Continue composing the message and finally click Send.
